With a city as funky as Austin, this long-standing real estate agency needed a rebrand as fitting as their market. The owner of the newly dubbed Zilker Properties is a kaleidoscope maker (the former name having been Kaleidoproperties) and wanted to incorporate that legacy into the branding, while establishing a mark that would appeal to a high-end buyer. As Design Director for the agency on contract, I provided art direction (from brainstorming names to logo development and collateral creation) across multiple channels, including business materials and website.
