In the infancy of Mississippi's craft brewery scene, Southern Prohibition Brewing emerged as a snarky, yet lovable, front-runner. Their audience loves the look of the products: they have their favorite character like they have their favorite beer. As a member of a small five-person team, my role of Brand Manager encompassed everything from vendor sourcing, maintaining more than $100k worth of inventory, creating packaging solutions from start to finish, designing promotional materials across multiple channels, and even finding creative hands on solutions to fit our champagne-taste on a beer budget.
