Named for the Roman deity most associated with speed, Hattiesburg-born Mercury Pizza Company makes pizza - fast. Meticulous research went into the creation of Mercury's special formulated dough, made to bake to perfection in mere minutes over an oven flame. Naturally, the branding needed to be on par with the culinary quality. Work included creation of primary and secondary logos, iconography, packaging, menus, uniforms, and even interior touches with the custom tile for the kiln.
